Our Standard Cancellation Policy:
Our standard Cancellation Policy covers most of our tour products and experiences and allows for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the booking.
Exceptions are tour products with Catherine Palace inclusion. Those tour products can be cancelled for a full refund 48 hours before the start of the booking.
Shore tour programs can be cancelled for a full refund 72 hours before the start of the booking.
Theatre tickets and show tickets are refundable if cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the bookings.
Mariinsky Theatre tickets are non-refundable.
Russian Tourist Visas
Foreign visitors traveling to Russia require a tourist visa. The principle document you will need to have a letter of invitation or a tourist voucher which can be organized by an autorised tour operator or a hotel.
Please check with a Russian embassy/Consulate, Visa Section Department for visa requirements, location and hours of business.

Please note that currently electronic visas is applicable only to travel to St-Petersburg.
