Itinerary:

• Your guide and driver will meet you at the port, near your cruise ship. You will start the day with an introduction to the history of Norway and Nordic culture on a panoramic drive along the waterfront.
• The tour starts at the historic centre of Oslo, surrounded by striking modern architecture in coexistence with the ancient landmarks of the city. will see the contemporary building of the Oslo Opera and Ballet, admire the medieval Akershus Castle and Oslo Cathedral.
• You will then enjoy a stroll down the main walking street of Karl Johan with grand structures such as the Parliament building, National Theatre, Oslo University and the City Hall.
• There will be time for shopping or a coffee break before heading towards the Vigeland Sculpture Park.
• You will now continue on a panoramic sightseeing drive towards the Bygdoy peninsula. A visit to the Viking Ship Museum will lead you on an extraordinary journey back to the days of fearless Nordic warriors. On the tour, you will see a collection of worlds best-preserved burial ships and learn of their impressive voyages.
• The day ends with a return transfer back to the port.
