St Petersburg is a great place to discover on foot during the summer season — it is sunny but rarely gets too hot to walk. On our Cruise Walking Tour of St Petersburg, you will discover the city as a local and experience the everyday life of its inhabitants.
Itinerary:
- 10:00 Meet your guide at the St Petersburg port terminal and take a 10-minute taxi ride to the nearest metro station.
- Explore the St Petersburg underground and travel to the central Nevsky Prospekt station.
- 11:00 Tour along Nevsky Prospekt, the city’s main street, passing by the Kazan Cathedral, St Isaac’s Cathedral, Bronze Horseman, Peter and Paul Fortress and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood.
- Stop for lunch at the USSR cafe where you can try local food and drinks. You may also stop for some souvenir shopping along the way.
- 13:00 Head back to the port.
- 14:00 Return to the ship.
