From 1 May to 30 September we also offer early admission so you will have the opportunity to enter the museum before it opens to the public. Please note that early admission option is temporarily unavailable due to COVID restrictions.
Itinerary:
- Meet our representative at the Palace Square, near the Alexander Column. Do not enter the museum on your own as your booking voucher is not a ticket.
- Our representative will give a brief overview of the museum’s history, provide you with a map of the museum and guide you to the entrance.
- After entering the museum, you can stay as long as you want but once you leave you will not be able to use the same ticket again.

Know before you go:
- If you choose to walk to the meeting point on your own, please, make sure you know how to get there. The Alexander Column is hard to miss as it is right in the centre of Palace Square. You will not able to take a taxi to the meeting point as Palace Square is for pedestrians only.
- The Hermitage ticket does not include entry to the General Staff Building where the Impressionist collection is located. It is possible to book it as an add-on and our manager will help you find the entrance when you are there.
- Luggage or large bags are not allowed in the museum.
- The Hermitage is wheelchair accessible.
